McGrath Plumbing was established by Shaun McGrath in November 2007 and since then, has grown to become a successful middle tier plumbing business. July 2022 Timothy Condick and Joshua Wilkinson (Managing Directors) acquired the business, recognising the value of the long established practices, knowledge held and have continued to cultivate this, with their own enthusiasm, commitment and experience. Based in South Melbourne, McGrath Plumbing is underpinned by the depth and breadth of the directors combined 38 years of experience in plumbing, leadership and management experience.
Our plumbers are a mixture of qualified tradesmen and apprentices: What they have in common is their commitment to our business and providing first class service to customers. This commitment is further underpinned by a culture of continuous improvement and transformational changes to generate new opportunities.
A key feature of our ability to sustain and grow the business is our goal to not only meet customer expectations but to exceed them when we can. We do this by working closely with the customer to determine their requirements at every phase of a project and develop solutions that will ensure that these needs are met. Our goal is to develop long-term relationships with our customers.
